Okay, last Saturday.
I woke up at 6 and took a shower, put makeup on, and grabbed my portfolio. I met Mr. Baxter at Safeway and we got on the way. For about half of the time I tried to play Su Doku, but proved nearly impossible to concentrate that early in the morning. The rest of the way stared out the window. The scenery was amazing, the mist was every where and the sun rise was astounding, the hole thing reminded me of the opening of Howl’s Moving Castle.
We got to the cheese board in Rockland around 10. I bought two scones and a muffin, I eat one of the scones and the muffin. Just up the street was a Pete’s Coffee, so I got my long desired “cup of Joe“. The scone was delicious and so was the muffin. Best breakfast I have had in a long time.
Driving though San Francisco was amazing, the old building dwarfed by towering Giants, so tall the tops can’t be seen though the mist. I wish I had my camera.
At the Museum of Modern Art, I got to see two really awesome artist, Chuck Close, and my new favorite artist, Kiki Smith. Kiki Smiths work reminds me of how I see emotion, and the world. It, in my eyes, in very unnerving.
Portfolio day, itself, was so much better then I though it would be. I only saw two school, but I got approved to both of them. I can thinking that they would turn me down, I almost cried when the fist person I saw said he was approving me. I had to stop early because of my back. But my day was set from there on out.
Zackary’s Pizza was awesome, since a vegan came with us we couldn’t have cheese. But it was so good, it didn’t need cheese. Every one eat in the car wile listening to this awesome made up radio show.
I got back around 8ish and I got a ride to Fufu’s house. I spent the night there. On Sunday, I got picked up by my mom and she told me that my Dad won Editor of the Year. It was so cool. So that was my weekend.
